5Overall, we had a great experience! Rob was extremely thorough explaining the features of the camper. He assisted us in hooking it up to the truck, and let us borrow his rear camera for the camper. Upon arrival to the campsite, we realized that the propane tanks were empty. We filled them up and Rob reimbursed us when we dropped off the camper. Rob’s wife Melissa was very rude upon returning the camper. We had provided updates about our return time. We drove over 2.5 hours with the camper, and she was very disrespectful stating that we ‘ruined her entire day’ by not communicating our return time. Rob called once for an update and we answered immediately providing an ETA, which we arrived 15 minutes earlier than our provided ETA. Overall Rob was fantastic and the camper was clean and in great condition. Did not have a single issue with the camper. I would not recommend towing with a full tank of fresh water as it did induce sway. We drove home with empty tanks and the camper towed fantastic.
