Brand new spacious travel trailer! This will accommodate a large family! It has two bedrooms, a 10 inch memory foam queen bed in the front with crisp linen sheets and four pillows (included) with two side end tables and two large closets! The back bedroom features four bunkbed style beds that all include fresh linens and each have 2 pillows that can sleep two people per bed! The lower bunk in the back room is a couch that transforms into a bed which also has a table that makes a dinette to eat or play games on. Each room features Smart TVs, that have Roku, YouTube, Nextflix and more. The bathroom is by it’s self, not connected to any rooms. It has a full shower, sink and porcelain toilet! (Royalty! Lol!) it comes fully stocked with toilet paper, and all the works of a normal bathroom! We even include free new packaged toothbrushes, new toothpaste, boxed soap and hand soap! WOW!! The front living area features a 50 Smart TV with all the works of YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, and more! The living area has a huge dinette and connecting couch that is great for eating and watching a movie or the ball game especially while the fireplace is turned on just below the TV!! The kitchen has all of the works as a normal travel trailer has, such as refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink and plenty of countertop space. It includes all utensils, pots, pans, cookware, plates, bowls and cups. (Just please wash them on the last day before your departure and put them back away) There is plenty of room in this travel trailer to take as much stuff as you would like to camp. It has a full storage outside to haul all of your patio furniture rugs and such. (We do include a patio rug, 6 lawn recliner chairs, decorations, tiki torches, tiki oil and much more for your use, so you don’t have to worry about hauling anything!!) It has LED lighting outside underneath and on the front of the trailer. It has an automatic awning that releases and re-tracks with the push of a button (which also has LED light installed inside of it). This travel trailer has two slide outs, one in the front with the dinette and couch, and one in the back with the two bunks and couch in the back bedroom. We can deliver and set up for a fee. *all tanks must be emptied before camper is returned/or before we pickup for delivery/hauling. $100 fee will be applied*. We do not include a portable sewer tank, so if your site doesn’t have sewer hookup, you will need to rent our portable tank for an additional $50 to hookup so you can empty the black/grey tanks during your stay.*stock photos are included to show a better view of the layout of camper*
