DRUGS / SMOKING: No illegal or illicit drugs allowed. No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside the trailer.
PETS / ANIMALS: All pets must be approved in advance. When approved, all pets must be crated when unsupervised. No pets are allowed on beds or furniture. Generally, only XS to MED/LG dogs allowed.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS: Must always be locked up in compartments and/or secured when left unattended. Trailer doors and compartments must always be locked and secured when left vacant.
SECURING FOR TRANSIT: Awning must be secured in the closed position for traveling and at any times when there is wind advisory. Outdoor kitchen mini-fridge and indoor tv must be secured during transit. All over head vents need to be shut.
RV ROOF: No one is allowed on the roof.
PROPANE TANKS: Will be full upon pick up for your enjoyment.

5.0Jacob helped me and my family have one of our most memorable vacations ever. We had a mishap with the hot water heater and Jacob came within an hour to fix the problem without hesitation. The absolute best experience from the nicest guy around. The trailer was spacious, the king sized bed was great and we were well taken care of in our home away from home. We hope to have more adventures with Jacob’s trailer on the future!
