5.0We had a positive experience renting this RV for our camping trip. Kristy was incredibly accommodating and an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She even left us a thoughtful treat inside the trailer along with detailed instructions on how everything worked. The trailer was the perfect fit for our family. It was comfortable and equipped with all the essentials we needed. We were especially grateful to have a comfortable place to escape the extreme heat and the torrential rain during our camping trip. We highly recommend this Rv to anyone looking for a great camping experience!

5.0Kristy & Mark were wonderful to deal with! Their camper was the perfect size for my family of 4 + my niece, nephew & our little weiner pup. The trailer came with everything we needed & then some. We had another trailer booked that was cancelled by the host last minute, & Kristy & Mark were our saviours, accepting our booking on such short notice with delivery & pickup, even though they were attending a funeral the morning of pickup. The only issues we had were 1) I had to rewash most of the dishes, which I feel was more on the prior guests, & 2) there was a water leak on the hot water line. This was 100% a prior guest issue. They had stuffed paper towels in the sealed compartment & sealed it back up without reporting the leak to the hosts. When we found it, K&M offered to drive from Stoney Creek to Niagara Falls to fix it! We said no as it was just a loose gear clamp that my husband was able to repair easily. They were so gracious & even offered us compensation for the repair & inconvenience. We would highly recommend this trailer! We made some amazing family memories with my whole family that never would have happened without them, & I cannot thank them enough. We will treasure these memories for years to come!

5.0The RV filled the gap for a large family gathering we hosted at our home. It was delivered and set up in our driveway as promised. We were able to plug in to 110v outlet to keep the AC working over a hot weekend. A garden hose connection allowed for an extra bathroom and shower. Thanks Kristy and her husband.
