Bob was very responsive in our communications. I arrived to find the trailer in near new condition. Very clean on inside and outside. He was very thorough in going over all the functions of the trailer and asked if I had questions along the way. The tailer was perfect for my trip to Cherrystone. My family had a great time and we will definitely be coming back to use his trailer again.
