The water heater and furnace are located under one seat.Continuing around you will find a three burner stove top, refrigerator and single bowl sink. All in perfect working order.The back holds a generous 54" x 80" u-shaped dinette. This converts to a bed for two adults. The Cool Cat heat pump in located under a corner of the seat. Back along the entry wall is a cabinet and a drawer.Full width front storage, additional rear storage, a shower, and an RVQue gas grill can be found outside the Rockwood. Two camping chairs are included.Bedding not included. Kitchen/cooking supplies available as add-ons. 2 inch ball and 7 way RV plug required for towing.Please clean and return the trailer in the same condition that it was received.
