Anything other than RV toilet paper (feminine products, wipes, paper towels etc) can clog the system and will result in a minimum $300 fee being deducted from the security deposit. Trailer must be dumped before returning or an addition $75 will be charged.We have a strict no smoking policy. This includes cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana. This is to ensure a clean, welcoming trailer for every guest. Violation of rules can result in losing the full deposit. Please treat our trailer like it’s your own. We want to make sure every renter has a great experience. We understand being in nature will always cause require some degree of cleaning afterwards, but additional cleaning fees will apply is there is excessive deep cleaning needed.

This ad was extremely misleading. There were very little to no essentials unlike what was advertised. The owner claimed his TV was stolen by previous renters but no evidence of a tv being mounted existed. The rental was also not clean and lacked anything like soap, paper towels, pots/pans, cooking utensils,etc. We were extremely disappointed in what we were given but the host was nice and helpful so we weren’t going to leave a bad review. However, the day after we returned the vehicle we were notified of $150 being taken from our security deposit for damage we DID NOT do!
