New family friendly 28ft Class C

Susan and Matthew were very responsive and accommodated our last minute reservation when our original booking was cancelled by the other owner, leaving us stranded. The RV is in great condition, both inside and outside. All interior photos are as per the listing; everything is in great working order and accommodated our family of 6 easily. The unit is very spacious once the slider is out. The unit came totally empty, so we had to bring everything ourselves. This worked for us being local, but will not work for someone out of town. The pick up location is not as listed on the ad, but is very close. The only issue with the unit is that the water tank emptied along the way so when we got to the next destination we had very little water left and no water hookup. This seems to be a design issue with Jayco (googled it) so fill the tank at destination or close to it, if possible. Also the amenities in the listing are not listed correctly. Somehow it says no sink and no hookup connections, which is obviously not true.

Susan accommodated our very last minute booking and trusted us with her luxurious Class C. Susan and Matthew gave us a very detail rundown of how to operate everything on the vehicle and what to look out for traveling with children. We drove to Banff comfortably with 4 adults and 3 children. The vehicle is new and well equipped. Spacious, spotless and amazingly cared for. Highly recommended!

From the moment we picked up Susan and Matthew’s RV, we knew we had chosen well. The vehicle was spotless inside and out, and supplies were neatly organized. Communication was quick, with every question answered within minutes and instructions that were easy to follow. The beds were the highlight. A supportive mattress and zero sag kept all of us comfortable after long days on the road. That had been my biggest concern, and they exceeded it. You can tell that Susan and Matthew invest real care in their RV. Systems worked smoothly, the vehicle ran great, drawers closed properly, and nothing felt worn. I drove this rv to Banff, the condition of the rv is very good and it has all the functions we need. And my family enjoyed the trip very much.
