Communicative but negligent on safety
Guests praised prompt communication, flexibility, and detailed instructions. However, the host provided an unregistered, unsafe vehicle with a cracked waterline, non-functional amenities, and dirty conditions for multiple renters. One booking was also canceled.
Unsafe driving and poor condition
Guests experienced unsafe driving (crawling at 25 mph on highways), the vehicle was unregistered, had a cracked waterline, and a non-functional awning. It was dirty, amenities didn't work, and it appeared older than advertised.
