Important Rental Terms & Pickup Requirements Travel outside the U.S., including Mexico and Canada, and Burning Man / Black Rock Desert use are prohibited. This rental is governed by the applicable Outdoorsy and/or Wheelbase Rental Agreement and supplemented by the Outdoors RV Rentals Rental Terms available through our website before booking. The Primary Renter must be present at pickup with valid government-issued ID and provide the required security deposit. All approved drivers must be present, verified, and sign rental documents before operating the RV. After booking, renters will receive an email requiring e-signature of the Outdoors RV Rentals Rental Terms (“Face Page”), Rules of the Road, and any required rental documents within 24 hours to confirm and lock in reservation dates. Pickups and returns are strictly by scheduled appointment during business hours only. Failure to arrive for pickup at the scheduled appointment time without prior approval may result in delayed pickup, reduced orientation time, rescheduling fees, cancellation of the pickup appointment, or forfeiture of the rental day, subject to availability and staffing. Late returns create operational, staffing, and scheduling disruptions. RVs returned after the scheduled return appointment may incur late return fees beginning at $100 per hour or partial hour. Returns extending beyond business hours may incur additional after-hours staffing charges. Returns after 5:00 PM may require after-hours drop-box procedures and remain subject to inspection when business reopens. Unauthorized late returns may also result in additional nightly rental charges, platform penalties, claim-related costs, trip interruption damages, or other charges permitted under the applicable rental agreement and booking platform terms.
