This 2013 Class C RV comes with a queen size bed, a queen bunk, large table that converts to another full bed and a sofa that folds down for another full bed. Features all laminate floors, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and oven, a full shower and toilet. It also has electric awning and generator.Fully equipped with everything you need including accessories like chairs for outdoors, flashlights, all cooking utensils, and pots and pans, and much much more. All you have to do is bring yourself, food, and clothes!It fits in most any campgrounds space and yet has all the amenities of a bigger RV.The RV is equipped with TWO batteries - please check if your electrical hook up has a charge line. But with two batteries you can get double the time if dry camping. The unit also has air conditioning but of course, you must be connected to power to use the air and the microwave.Propane tanks must be refilled. Unfilled tanks will be filled by swap out at $50 ea. whether half full or empty.Both Black and Gray water tanks must be empty or $200.00 fee will be charged from your deposit.Your damage deposit will be fully refunded 24-72hrs after return IF there is no damage upon drop-off inspection. Standard pick-up & drop-off time is 5-7pm. If a later or earlier time is needed, this may be arranged with a small fee. We both have jobs & kids in activities so our time is valuable also. If the RV is picked up or dropped off outside the standard pick-up/drop-off times, without prior arrangements, a $100 fee will be assessed.
