Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
My husband and I are teachers, so we follow a school calendar. We are available at anytime of day for drop-off and pickup throughout the summer, but during the school year, we are limited to specific hours.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric- You will need to use the surge protector. We have adapters for 50 amp and 12 amp, but many of the appliances will not work without at least 30 amps or a generator. Water- You will need to use the water pressure regulator and water filter when setting up at a campsite. All of these supplies are provided. You will hook the hose to the City Water hookup site. The camper cannot be pulled with full water tanks.
Q.
How important are stabilizers?
A.
The rear stabilizers are INCREDIBLY important! The camper could flip backward on the axle if someone were to sit on the back bed without them in the down position. The front stabilizers are for comfort and are not required. They just take a bit of the rocking motion out of the camper. They are easy to use and worth the time it takes to put them in place.
