Important Details:Currently the RV is limited to Florida travel only. Our insurance will cover up to 100 miles outside states lines but n trips further out are allowed. We also normally require for renters to have campsites with electric power reserved for the trip. If you need to have it plugged it at the house we can provide an adapter to plug in a standard house outlet. We do not recommend dry camping (camping outside of electric grid), but if you must, please make sure to provide your own generator.Quick Intro:We are local Tampa family that have been in the area for dozens of years. This RV serves dual purpose for us, as an adventure machine for a monthly getaway (time permitted) and as a source of income to keep all the maintenance on it up today. These RVs sure require a lot of investment! And we do our best keep in running and working great. This is our small side project to share the overall expenses, where most of the proceed are reinvested right back into the RV. We also make monthly donations to local charities if we happen to bring in more money then we spent. In conclusion, we always love meeting new nice people and sharing our RV with them!Main RV Features:-Three burner stove

-Electric awning*We Highly recommend booking sites with at least an electric hook up ahead of time and for every night of the trip. It will tremendously simplify your trip and will help to have an amazing travel experience. Both water and electricity are usually included free of charge with an RV camp site booking. Sewage hook up is also nice to have but is not necessary as the RV has built in waste tanks.What’S Included:First and foremost the RV will come completely cleaned out on the inside and with no extra personal stuff laying around.
