• Do's for a Smooth Camper Experience: - Do treat Fern with care – She's our home away from home and we hope you'll love her as much as we do. - Do follow campground and fire safety rules – Respect nature and stay safe. - Do keep Fern clean – A little sweeping goes a long way. Cleaning supplies are provided. - Do empty the tanks before returning (unless we’ve arranged for that service). - Do let us know if anything breaks or malfunctions – We’d rather fix it than have it missed for the next trip. - Do enjoy the included amenities – Bedding, towels, kitchen gear, and outdoor cook space are all yours to use! Don’ts to Keep in Mind: - Don’t smoke or vape inside the camper – Fern is a no-smoking zone. - Don’t climb on the roof – It’s not safe and can cause damage. - Don’t leave pets unattended inside – We love furry friends, but they need supervision too. - Don’t tow Fern without prior approval – If we’re delivering, we’ll handle setup and breakdown for you. - Don’t return the camper with unemptied tanks (unless prepaid) – Extra charges may apply.
