Functionally, the trailer was great and Legrand was good to work with. The reason’s for a lower rating is because of the following. The trailer was a complete mess when I got it. I spent the first 2 hours of my trip cleaning the trailer. Floors were dirty, cupboards were dusty, counter tops were dirty and sticky. The pop-up tables were sticky and dirty. Fridge hadn’t been wiped out and the worst of it was the toilet hadn’t been cleaned either. The inside was a bit rough, but it is a toy hauler and things get beat up in a toy hauler. There must be a water leak somewhere under the fridge and sink because there’s obvious water damage and there was a small amount of water on the floor by the fridge any time we used the water pump. Setup of the trailer was challenging because the front stabilizer jacks were both bent out of place badly. This was by no means, Legrand’s fault, but, on our way home, the wheel started smoking because it got so hot from one of the brakes falling apart inside the drum so I had to disassemble the break assembly just to get the trailer home. I’m sure Legrand will have fixed the breaks before it goes out again. The trailer itself was a bad rental, again, incredibly dirty inside, exterior hadn’t been washed, it was beat up inside and outside when we got it and the trailer didn’t pull well at all, but, I give it 3 stars because Legrand was extremely nice and great to work with. I would work with Legrand again but I would not rent his Stryker 2912 trailer again.

Trailer was functional but well used, LaGrande was great and helpful, trailer was dirty but meant less to worry about during the trip.
