Our trailer features a private bunkhouse in the back which includes 1 Full size bed, 2 Twin size beds and an optional 3rd Twin size bed or table with 2 seats. There's a walk around Queen bed in the front bedroom with 2 pocket doors for privacy, a spacious family dining U-shaped dinette that converts to a Full size bed, and a plush jack knife sofa/bed. It can be towed with most half ton Pick-up Trucks, SUVs and some Crossovers. Dry Weight: 5,603lbs Gross Weight: 7,600lbs. If you're towing, your vehicle must be rated to tow at least 7,600 lbs.If you decide to book our trailer for your next camping trip, you can rest assured knowing that we will go above and beyond to make your camping experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. Standard amenities in our trailer include: a flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player, connections for indoor/outdoor speakers, cable hookups, power awning with LED lighting, heating, air conditioning, a large kitchen sink, gas oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator w/ freezer, bath/shower combo, exterior kitchen with mini-fridge and sink, lots of storage, a power tongue jack, and much more!! We keep it fully stocked with freshly cleaned bedding in the master as well as the 3 bunkhouse bed (just bring your pillows), dishes for 6, utensils, cookware, cleaning supplies, outdoor lanterns, extra table, 2 large outdoor rugs, collapsible outdoor trash can, skewers, and several other camping essentials.Bunkbed rails available on request for free.This is our family trailer that we cherish very much and would appreciate it if you treated it like your own.Delivery/Pickup Fee includes: setup, orientation, pack out, dumping of tanks, and haul away. We can be flexible on a case by case basis as everyone has different schedules and places they are going! We want to make sure it's easy for everyone. Please message us before booking if you would like delivery so we can ensure our schedules allow for it.Dumping Fee: If the grey and/or black water/sewer tanks are not empty and properly flushed out upon return, a $75 dumping fee will be applied. This fee does NOT apply to bookings with delivery/pickup.We ask that you please respect that there is no smoking, vaping or any kind of drug use in the trailer.
