Responds quickly to issues
C3RV provides excellent communication and customer service, responding quickly to issues even on weekends and patiently explaining solutions. They offer a transparent and easy booking process, being helpful and flexible.
Clean unit, lacks basics
The 2020 Grand Design 29' (3) Bunk House is generally clean, new, and as described. One guest experienced a leak, and it often lacks essential amenities like kitchenware and tissue.

4.0We had issues with our trailer and I was worried I wouldn’t get a hold of anyone because it was the weekend/after hours. However, after leaving a message, I got a return phone call and they were out within the hour to assess the issue. We did in fact have a leak but he was able to show me how to fill the tank and use the pump instead. I do wish there was some sort of tutorial or instructions for first time users because we didn’t know what we were doing. I will rent again because the service was great and he was really patient with me and explained things when he was fixing the issue.

5.0It was a great experience for my family and I! Great service throughout the whole process. Everything, starting with booking the RV to getting a confirmation email that RV was picked up and deposit was returned, was so easy! No surprises or additional costs. Everything disclosed is what we got. All we had to do was show up!
