Ray and Macie were consistently responsive, flexible, and supportive with questions, addressing concerns like a tire issue proactively. Ray provided detailed walkthroughs, expert guidance, and instructional folders, ensuring a stress-free experience.

Guests consistently found the RV easy and straightforward to drive, though noted care is needed in tight spaces. It came fully stocked with kitchen essentials, outdoor equipment, and comfortable bedding, featuring a spacious layout, Mercedes chassis, and Starlink.

5.0To use the lingo, this is a beautiful 'rig'! We definitely got lots of comments on it while exploring the US during our adventure. We are/were new to RV'ng so take some of this with a grain of salt. Overall both the RV and the owners were fantastic to deal with. Ray was incredibly responsive, flexible and supportive when we had a question (and we had many, especially early on). The RV came stocked with just about everything we needed for our journey. We were on a 3-week voyage so we had a lot of stuff. We packed too much but we were with our two boys (12 and 9) and we weren't sure what all they'd need. There isn't a ton of storage if you're traveling w/ 4 people but we made it work. If you're not going to grill, I'd suggest asking Ray to keep that out of the setup so you have some outdoor space to store things. We did notice during our trip that the front tires were wearing and we had some safety concerns, I told Ray and he was 100% supportive of getting that taken care of during our trip. No questions asked. Ok, I'm out of space to write. Overall, great experience, highly recommend this rig and working w/ Ray!
