Practically brand new! Used personally less than a dozen times. Dinette slide makes for additional room. Stainless appliances, gas stove, large sink and microwave. LED lighting inside and out, sound bar and outdoor speakers. Electric awning. Queen bed with cooling memory foam mattress topper and dinette turns into a full bed. Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children comfortably. Enough room to add a camp cot (included upon request) inside for additional overnight guests. Lots of storage including a pantry.Was ist inbegriffenLinens, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, cooking utensils, body soap/shampoo/ conditioner, 4 camping chairs, table, camp cot, out door camp rug, and much more!1 paddle board!! Life jacket not included.A generator is available (if dry camping) upon request at an additional charge. You are responsible for fuel. Gas cans can be provided if needed.I will happily haul and set the camper up at your destination (at an additional fee) as long as it is within 50 miles of Brighton Colorado. How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

This will depend on what is available at the campsite. The actual hook up process is pretty simple. Connect sewage hose (supplied by owner) from camper to sewage port at spot being sure the tanks are CLOSED, plug electrial for from camper into electric source at site and connect water hose (supplied by owner) from camper to public water source.

My oldest, who I spend most of my camping trips with, just graduated high school and started a full-time job in the oil and gas field which makes for less time to camp. Unfortunately for me, I have less and less time to travel and camp now, so fortunately for you I can offer up my cute and cozy travel trailer! I bought this camper on clearance during the pandemic (cause why not! Prices and interest rates were low!) in an attempt to downsize from the much older, bigger, and less user-friendly camper that I kept in my divorce. I would very much love to keep my camper but just hate seeing it sit for months at a time going unused. I am looking forward to hopping on the RV rental train and hoping to offer you the opportunity to travel the beautiful state of Colorado!
