Also, any damages (including urine/feces smells/stains) are the responsibility of the renter. - Weekly (7+ nights): 10% off nightly rate
- Monthly (28+ nights): 10% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: 435,00 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 43,50 €. Our standard Prep/Cleaning fee is $50 per rental. Additional Delivery/Set-up fee is $150 for delivery up to 50 miles from Ticonderoga. We will charge $4.00/mile for any distance greater than 50 miles.
