Take this cozy, hip & roomy RV on your next getaway. Recently renovated, with a few projects to go, we think you'll find comfort & relaxation here. The driving cab has tilt wheel, two captains chairs, rear camera, with large side mirrors and access to the living area of the RV. The full kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, and booth that seats 5 (6 with a stool). Dishware, coffee pot, silverware included. Basic aluminum foil, paper towels, coffee filters, baggies and pantry items may be found. We ask that if you use the rest of it, replace it! The living room has a jack-knife couch that converts to a full size bed and a 32" TV and DVD player. There is a full bath room with a toilet, sink, and separate shower. The master bed room has a queen bed, memory foam topper, a large closet & many cabinets for storage. For sleeping arrangements - the couch in the living room sleeps two small adults or two children, the kitchen table drops down to make a bed and will sleep one adult or two children, and master bed room queen bed will sleep two adults or two children. The ottoman in the pictures opens up to a twin cot. With the slide out in position there is room in the living room for the cot and a blow up mattress to add another bed. When the slide out is open there is plenty of room for four adults to move around in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom (the current living area picture is with the slide in, we'll post more soon). The exterior has a large mat, table, 5 gallon water dispenser. The awning was recently damaged in wind and is currently under repair. If it's not ready in time, we'll provide an easy up. A 10'x10' easy up is a great solution for shade & protection from rain without the learning curve of these tricky awnings. There is an exterior sound system with AM/FM/CD/mp3 port Options: - Linens are available as an option - Folding chairs, prep table and gas grill are offered as an option - Bring your dog for $10 a day (no cats please).
