It sleeps 8, has a private bedroom with queen bed, walk in shower, outdoor shower and refrigerator, full kitchen with microwave, stove and oven and central AC and heat. The table and sofa are in the slide out which also turn down into sleeping space. This unit is also equipped with an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, sink and stove top grill. No smoking is allowed. If Towing camper with you own vehicle must have trailer brakes. Hitch included. Flat screen TV, Queen bed, Full size bunk beds. Shower, A/C, Furnace, Hot water heater.Some extra Amenities:Additional fees:Pet cleaning fee: $100.00 -We require if you have pets (We take people on their word that they don't have pets but if you and don't tell us we will keep some or all of the deposit)Set up fee: $100- Just show up and enjoy.
