Pet Policy:
Dogs are welcome in Nina with an additional pet deposit. Please let me know at booking. I just ask that dogs stay off the bedding, you bring your own dog blanket or cover for furniture, and you clean up after them inside and out before return. Any damage from pets will be deducted from the deposit.
Rules of the Road:
Smoking of any kind inside Nina is a hard no. This includes cigarettes, vapes, and anything else. If I find evidence of smoking, you will forfeit your deposit. No exceptions.
Any damage to Nina — inside or out — needs to be reported to me immediately. Accidents happen and I'm reasonable, but I need to know right away. Unreported damage discovered after return will be handled through the platform.
A few more things to keep everyone on the same page:
No roof-mounted accessories, awning attachments, or anything taped, nailed, or hung on the exterior. Nina's aluminum skin scratches easier than people think.
The black and gray tanks need to be dumped before return, or I'll deduct a cleaning fee. I'll walk you through how everything works at pickup or delivery.
Generator and quiet hours — follow campground rules wherever you're parked. You're representing me and Nina out there.
Max occupancy is based on the sleeping capacity of the rig.
Return Nina with the same fuel level in the propane tanks, a reasonably clean interior, and all equipment accounted for. The vacuum is there for a reason.
All towing is at your own risk. If you're not experienced towing a trailer, please be honest about that upfront — I'm happy to walk you through it or deliver instead.
