Highly communicative, incredibly accommodating
Samantha (and Chris) are highly praised for their quick, responsive communication and accommodating nature. They stepped in on short notice, delivered on time, provided necessities, and went above and beyond to resolve issues like a leaking sink and even mailed forgotten items.
Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
The 2018 Jayco Flight is consistently described as clean, in great condition, well-maintained, and spacious, suitable for families. It was delivered as advertised and well-outfitted. One guest noted a missing key and another disliked an air freshener.

5.0The trailer was clean and ready to go when we arrived. It had a lot of room and exactly what we needed for a family trip. Communication was fantastic. Would definitely rent from them again! Thank you!

4.0The camper was clean, and exactly as advertised. Samantha was quick in all our communications and questions both before and during the trip. My only complaint is that the camper had no key.

5.0Samantha Joan was the best beginning to end. We were let down by our reserved host and Samantha stepped in on very short notice to accommodate our need. She was immediately responsive to answer questions. The RV was delivered on time and was clean and stocked. Could not have asked for a better experience.
