Your family/friends home away from home! I have several businesses and don’t get to use this beautiful Glamper nearly as much as I’d like. But ‘She’ loves to entertain and make others happy, so I’ve decided to make her happy as well as others who like to ‘glamp’. Sleeps 8. Beautiful decor. Well equipped kitchen featuring full-size coffee pot w/ filters, gas stove/oven, microwave, full fridge, large pantry space, all cookware and cooking utensils, serving bowls, glassware, spices. Queen master bed with hanging closet space, upper storage. Linens, bedding, pillows, towels provided unless bringing your own. Large slide out. Good size U-shaped dinette that turns into bed. Sofa also folds into bed.
Shower with small tub.
TV with fire stick. AM/FM stereo. DVD player with remote. Outdoor speakers and TV mount. Lots of great windows all with privacy blinds.
Large outdoor canopy, outdoor grass rugs, camping chairs, outdoor lounge chair, outdoor tables, outdoor slide out kitchen with grill and small fridge.
2 doorways with steps. Large attached rack for bikes, coolers, etc.
Cleaning: $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee, although there are certain requirements included in manual. An extra fee of $100 will be taken out of security deposit if deep cleaning is needed.
Hours OF Operation: RV will be picked up at pre-arranged time on day of check-out and delivered late afternoon at pre-arranged time on day of check-in. Renter must be there at check-in time for walk-through. Otherwise a late fee will be charged.

I must receive a copy of renters drivers license in advance for verification. Whoever is renting the RV must be the one renting the campsite it is being delivered to. No smoking, no vaping, no drug use, no pets unless prior approval. Cleaning of fish is NOT allowed inside RV. Storing of tackle boxes is also NOT allowed inside. Must come back as fresh & clean as when you got it and not smelling dirty or fishy. Everything must be returned in good working condition. Absolutely no climbing on roof. Any evidence found otherwise will forfeit your security deposit.
