• Delivery Only — I handle all towing, setup, and teardown • No Smoking — absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV • No Roof Access — for safety, no climbing or walking on the roof • No Awning Abuse — close the awning during wind, storms, or when away from the site • Tank Care — only RV‑safe toilet paper; never flush wipes or hygiene products • Cleanliness — return the RV in reasonable condition • Propane tanks must be returned full unless the Propane Refill add‑on is purchased. If not returned full, the refill cost will be deducted from the security deposit. • No High‑Draw Appliances — Do not plug in space heaters, electric griddles, air fryers, or other high‑draw devices unless provided with the RV. These can trip breakers or damage the electrical system. • Pet Supervision — Pets must not be left unattended inside the RV unless crated. • Pet Cleanup — Please clean up after pets inside and outside the RV. • Emergency Contact Rule — If anything seems unsafe or stops working, contact me immediately before attempting repairs. • Communication — message me right away if anything seems off.
