Jolene is a 2022 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 30 ft. travel trailer. This camper sleeps 6 comfortably (kids can double up on the bunks if needed), has one driver side slide out that adds a large amount of space to the main area, equipped with full hook-ups for all of us glampers alike, privacy doors on the primary bedroom, privacy curtain on upper and lower bunk, surround sound inside and out, full kitchen, spacious full bathroom, brand new awning, and plenty of storage for all of your belongings inside and out.Jolene is stocked with all of your camping needs! The dinette will be great for any and all meals, and then lays flat into a bed for later on. The couch also lays out into a comfy bed, and has a large storage area underneath where you can store sleeping bags for the couch and dinette sleepers. This camper has central air for the hot months, and heat for the chilly nights. It’s also equipped with a water heater, propane tanks, and battery. Another nice addition is the outdoor kitchen, and the outdoor shower! • NO cats. Dogs accepted with our approval and pet deposit upon booking. If a pet is present during your stay without our knowledge beforehand, your security deposit will not be returned to you.
• Do not remove the waterproof mattress protectors.
• Bring in awning when not within immediate distance of camper. Damage to awning will result in a fee on top of your security deposit.
• Do not over extend awning. Again, damage to awning will result in a damage fee.
• Do not flush anything but human waste and provided toilet paper down toilet.
• Do not put anything but water down kitchen sink.
• If you do not have full sewer hook ups during your rental period, we do require a $50 fee to have black water tank dumped and flushed by a professional after your stay. This is to ensure sanitation and clean use for all guests.
• A list of where items are located within the camper will be provided, and a checklist to complete before departure.
• We provide guests with our personal phone numbers during your stay just in case you have questions or need any assistance.
