Nearly New Forest River Salem FSX is small enough to be towed behind a SUV or Small Truck but BIG enough to accommodate families of 7.Perfect for Couples and is Kid friendly!Our travel trailer is 22’ long, and sleeps 7. There are bunk beds that sleeps 4, Dinette Bed will sleep 1 and a Murphy bed Queen for 2 in the front. With a wall mounted 24” flat screen TV. We will supply all the linens (blankets, pillow etc.) that are necessary. Kitchen supplies will be available for use. The kitchen has a large modern sink, microwave with fridge/freezer combination. The camper is stocked with dishes, pots/pans, kitchen utensils, bedding, and towelsThe camper is outfitted with an electric awning. The outdoor kitchen includes a small refrigerator. Winter rentals are allowed. Please send request for approval. If the unit is currently winterized the renter will need to pay a $100 rewinterization fee. Any damages to the unit including and not limited to freezing pipes and or tanks will be the renters responsiblity. Also, if tempatures are to cold for water use the rental will be canceled at the owners discretion.
