Towing & Driving Towing Experience Required – Please only book if you have experience towing a trailer or feel confident handling it. Proper Tow Vehicle – Your vehicle must have the appropriate towing capacity and a compatible hitch with a 7-pin connector. Safe Driving – No off-roading, excessive speeds, or reckless driving. Keep it safe and steady! Setup & Campsite Etiquette Level Parking Required – Always park on level ground to ensure proper function of the trailer. Stabilizers & Chocks – Use the provided wheel chocks and stabilizer jacks before unhooking. No Smoking Inside – Help us keep the trailer fresh and clean for everyone. Water, Power & Waste Hookups Available – If you're staying at a campsite with hookups, connect to power and water properly. Battery & Propane Awareness – If off-grid, be mindful of battery life and propane usage. Grey & Black Tank Responsibilities – Empty waste tanks before returning (unless prepaid for dump service). Care & Cleaning Return in the Same Condition – Please clean up after yourself; basic cleaning supplies are provided. Report Any Issues – Accidents happen—please let us know ASAP if anything breaks or malfunctions. Prohibited Uses No Festivals or Unauthorized Events – Unless approved in advance. No Smoking, Drugs, or Illegal Activities – This is a family-friendly adventure home! No Extreme Off-Roading – Well-maintained dirt roads are fine, but deep mud, sand, or rocky terrain is not allowed.
