4.0Overall we were happy with renting “Little Red”. The checkout process was very easy and the instructions given were great. The return process was very simple and quick. The most difficult part was using the directions from the app, it took me to the wrong place (about 11 minutes away). The only issue we have is that we rented bedding with this unit and all that we received was 1 blanket and a mattress pad, this was not worth the $25 paid. If it wasn’t for this it would have been a 5 star review.

5.0We took the trailer about 130 miles to Odell Lake. James got us set up with the hitch and wiring and all the associated safety stuff and everything worked well. At the campsite, it was easy to level and get it set up for our 4 days by the lake. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was convenient and the opportunity to shower was much appreciated. We didn't have campground power or water, and with careful use we had plenty of propane and enough battery power for the trip. It was handy to be able to charge up our phones on the battery power of the trailer. The grey/black water cleanout procedure was well described, and that worked fine when we got back to civilization. The only suggestion we'd make is the kitchen was a little thin on pots/pans and plates/bowls. All in all, a great trip. Thanks James!
