A California King sized bed with reading lights, fold down couch and the dining table (pop out wit awning) can be made into a bed, as well. 2 burner cooktop with range hood, 6 cu ft Double door refrigerator, black dual sink with water filter attached, and microwave. 18,000 BTU Forced Air Furnace, Ducted Air Conditioner (2) 5 gallon LP tanks with auto Changeover, fully insulated floor, ceiling, and walls. I have slept in it it, toasty warm, in freezing weather. 36x40 shower stall within glass door, 12 volt exhaust fan, fresh water flush toilet, wash basin with vanity, large wardrobe closet. The water fill door locks, fire extinguisher and CO/Smoke detector, alternate emergency exit. 60 gal fresh water tank, 28 gal gray and black water tanks with 6 gal DSI water heater. She’s got mangers and barred windows, sure grip padded floor, three saddle racks in the tack room with lots of hooks for halters and bridles. The tack room can fold back to make room for use as a toy hauler. There are also two side storage compartments, assessable from outside, also with additional hooks. Automatic awning on the pull out and large, easy to use manual awning on front. The back opens with two full sized doors, side escape door at the front stall and bathroom door opens up into the horse capartment, which makes it really nice to check on t Hingis with you do a pit stop!
