2016 Minnie Winnie. Sleeps 4, queen bed and table makes into bed. 1 slide out, 6 gallon hot water tank, tv, cd/dvd player, usb, interior/exterior speakers. Outdoor kitchen, 2 propane tanks, battery, 25 gal. grey and black tanks, 37 gal. fresh water tank. Dry weight 4820 lbs, payload capacity 2180 lbs, gvwr 7000 lbs. Delivery and set up are available for a fee depending on road conditions/location/mileage. If location changes upon delivery, additional fees could be added upon assessment of conditions. Pot, pans, cutlery, dishes and linens provided. You may bring your own linen if desired. There will be a $60.00 fee added for owner to empty gray/black tanks and $20.00 to fill fresh tank. Pick up and drop off times are no earlier than 9:00 am and no later than 4:00 pm. (Pick up and drop off times subject to change on November 4, 2018. Please message owner for availablity) If these times do not work for you, additional days will need to be added to fit your schedule. Please read and review Roadside Assistance. If you choose to opt out, you can and will be required to call them for any issues that may arise during your rental and not the owner please.If renter needs more propane during rental, the tanks that come on RV are to be filled and not swapped out. Or renter can use their own propane tanks. If owner RV tanks are not returned, there will be an $80 charge for each tank replacement and refill.Owner must approve renters vehicle pulling RV. The vehicle pulling the RV must weigh more than the RV. Vehicle pulling RV must also have 7 pin plug in or an adapter to fit 7 pin that RV is wired for.
