Towing Experience: Please ensure you are comfortable towing a travel trailer. If you need a quick tutorial, let me know during pickup! Weight Limits: Do not exceed the trailer’s GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating). Pack efficiently and avoid overloading. Safety Checks: Before hitting the road, double-check all connections, including the hitch, safety chains, lights, and brakes. Driving Conditions: Drive cautiously, especially in windy, rainy, or high-traffic conditions. Avoid speeds over 65 mph to reduce sway and ensure safety. Usage Guidelines No Off-Roading: This trailer is designed for paved roads and established campgrounds. Please avoid taking it on rough or unpaved terrain. Hookups: Use designated water, power, and sewer hookups at campgrounds. Ensure you follow proper procedures for dumping tanks before returning the trailer. Awning Use: Use the awning responsibly and retract it during high winds or when unattended to avoid damage. Pets & Cleanliness: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Keep the trailer clean and free of excessive pet hair or damage. Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free trailer. Smoking inside will result in additional cleaning fees. Maintenance & Care Propane & Batteries: Monitor propane levels and battery usage during your trip. Return the trailer with propane tanks refilled unless other arrangements are made. Protect Surfaces: Use provided pads for hot pans and coasters for drinks to prevent damage to countertops and tables. Report Issues: If anything breaks or malfunctions, please notify me immediately so I can assist or make repairs after your trip. Return Guidelines Cleanliness: Return the trailer in the same condition as when you picked it up. Clean the interior, empty all tanks, and remove personal items.
