Sleeps 6 adults comfortably with all the Amenities from home.This unit offers a 50” tv with DVD/CD player and radio. Dual ac, fridge, microwave and a 3 burner stove with oven. Fridge is electric/gas so you can cool down your beers on the drive to your destination. Nice bathroom with good size shower. The bedroom has a wardrobe slide and has a queen bed with usb/110 outlets to charge your phone. There is also usb/110 outlets below the electric slide down bunk for the kids to charge their tablets/phones. There is a few board/card games to play at the table or around the camp fire.Outside is Two 7gallon propane tanks. 150 gallon fresh water so if your boondocking no problem, 40 gallon gray and 40 gallon black water. There is also a 40 gallon fuel station for your UTV’s or boats. Never pay out the a$$ for fuel at the lake again. The ramp folds down to a patio. a 16’ electric awning with led lights underneath. This unit has an outside shower to wash off if needed before going in.NO Smoking, any sign or smell of smoking in the unit, you will lose your entire security deposit! I will deliver, set up and pick up in the greater Tucson and surrounding areas up to 150 miles for $100 dollars plus $1.00 per mile for the entire trip.
