35 Foot bumper pull camper, room for 10 people to sleep. This unit comes with tankless hot water tank so you will never run out of hot water. Has dual 15,500 BTU AC’s, so it will remain cool wherever you are. Has outside kitchen, grill, and outside shower. Also has two entry doors, so bathroom is accessible without going through the whole camper. Has 3 flat screen tv’s throughout the camper as well as radio with Bluetooth so you can play all kinds of music in and outside of camper. Has full size sink, so it’s easy to do dishes. Front of the camper is a full Queen size bed, with sliding doors to block out sound if someone wants to go to bed early. The rear of the camper has two bunk beds and a fold out couch that has its own door. There is a dinette that coverts into a bed, then a fold out couch that slides out into a bed. Both of these are in the middle of the camper. Plenty of room to accommodate everyone. Has plenty of storage on the outside of camper. Led lights on outside of camper, as well as a mount in case you need to mount a tv outside to watch your favorite football game. I can also deliver camper, set it up, then when you are done, I can come break it down and take it back. There is no awning available, with the crazy wind in Oklahoma, we have had to replace several awnings due to guests not putting the awning down @ the right time, these are very expensive, so we find it best not to offer it. Sorry for the inconvenience. This is a used camper, it is not perfect, however everything is in working order, and we take pride in providing an exceptionally clean camper. We replace the mattress cover with a brand-new cover after each checkout. We provide brand new mattress toppers for the bunk beds after each checkout. Was ist inbegriffenThere will be fresh linens for queen bed, bunk beds, fold out couches, so you won’t need any bed clothes. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cooking pots and pans as well as silverware will be provided. We can also include extras depending on where you plan on going.
