This unit has 2 Full size bunk beds in the back with a Queen in the front. One of the rear beds and the queen one in the front has memory foam mattresses. Its like new and used very little. Its tows easier than most with little side to side wobble due to the wheels being spaced farther apart than other similar units. We really enjoyed its stability during the trips we've taken it on. It also comes with the hitch and stabilizer bars. Its comes ready to go with all everything you need pots/pans Dishes etc.
