Please follow these simple guidelines to keep our trailer safe and ready for the next adventure. ✅ DO: • Complete the pre-trip and post-trip inspection with us. • Ask questions during walkthrough — we’re happy to help. • Retract the awning during wind, rain, or when leaving camp. • Secure all cabinets, doors, and steps before travel. • Use wheel chocks and leveling blocks when parked. • Dump tanks properly before return (black first, then gray). • Use RV toilet paper only. • Follow towing guidelines and weight limits. • Return the trailer clean and on time. • Notify us immediately if something breaks — accidents happen, communication matters! ❌ DO NOT: • Smoke or vape inside the trailer (including marijuana). • Climb on the roof. • Take the trailer extreme off-roading, mudding, sand dunes, or rock crawling. • Leave the awning out unattended. • Flush wipes, feminine products, or paper towels. • Overload the trailer beyond towing capacity. • Travel with stabilizer jacks down. • Leave tanks closed improperly during extended stays (can cause backup). • Host parties or festivals without prior approval. • Allow pets without prior approval. 🚨 Important: Damage commonly occurs from sharp jackknifing turns, wind catching the awning, improper dumping, or incorrect power hookups. Please take your time and double-check before moving the trailer. Our goal is simple — safe travels, great memories, and returning the trailer in the same condition it left.
