Excellent communication and supportive
Heather and Joe are easy to work with, provide excellent communication, answer questions, and check in. Pick-up/drop-off are quick and efficient.
Trailer brakes performance noted
One guest reported possible service needed for trailer brakes; another found them great for long-distance towing. The 27ft camper is clean, well-equipped, and spacious for 5. Solar supports basic use, but the fridge needs a hookup.

5.0We had such a fun time at our beach vacation! We brought our own linens, towels, and pillows but they were available had we needed them. Everything was clean. Shower got nice and hot. I do wish we had brought a big mat for outside though!

5.0The trailer was good, for what it is, as expected. Generally, had no issues. However, the trailer brakes might have needed to be serviced (possibly) as we were getting some warning messages.
