While sleeping comfortably six people, you can also watch TV, cook hot dogs, and tell stories around the campfire. AC will cool you off after a long day of hiking. Our grandchildren love the bunks with their own DVD players. Please let us know how we can help you to create the ultimate adventure. Our RV is smoke-free and pet-free. All tanks must be empty upon return, and vehicle must be clean. Having to clean the RV or empty the tanks upon return will result in a $50.00 service fee. Detection of smoking or pets will result in loss of $500.00 deposit. Please place all dirty towels and bedding in mesh bags (labeled bedding or towels). We will launder to make sure our future guests enjoy our RV comfortably.$100.00 cleaning fee withheld from security deposit if motorhome is not returned clean, including but not limited to exterior, kitchen, including sinks, counters, and appliances, trash, floors swept and mopped, bathroom , including cabinet, sink, toilet and shower, cab area, and noticeable smudges and debris throughout the interior and exterior.
