5.0We drove this to the far side of Montana, then down into Yellowstone. It ran amazingly the whole time. Any question we had was quickly answered. I'd definitely book from this guy again.

5.0We had a great trip to Traverse City summer of 2025. This is the 4th time we have rented from Bryan and Tracie. They are excellent hosts and always available should a need arise. The RV was as advertised and performed flawlessly the entire trip. Renting is a great value overall.

3.0The primary reason the trip was “ok” was the condition of the RV. The ad says “looks like new, smells like new, drives like a dream.” None of those comments are true. The RV smelled like smoke and the ride/drive was awful. The windows and vents had been taped and rattled open the entire trip. Rough and uncomfortable. The other reason is when we picked up the RV and made mention of the cigarette smoke smell and the fact that the RV was dirty, the host insinuated he would cancel our rental if he didn’t get a good rating. Talk about putting people in a bind, we were scheduled to leave the next morning. He also commented that we would be charged a $250 fee is we didn’t bring it back clean when it was even close to clean at pick up, and lastly, the mattress was stained, and had no cover. The owner offered to reimburse us if we purchased a cover but that has not happened even though we sent the receipt. Luckily we only needed the RV to get to our destination and not to stay in.
