I think the owners are new to trailering and also renting. They are a very nice couple and did what they could to remedy issues. The Trailor did not have water in it and we were in a none hook up site. When the water was filled at the dump site the incorrect hose was used. It was the non potable water for rinsing septic tank. I noticed the sign and Guoding emptied that water and refilled the tank with the potable water. I was very concerned that bacteria was introduced to the tank so only used the water for toilet flushing and “dry camped” for cooking and hand washing. There was an issue with the trailer battery and even with the generator charge the lights and refrigerator didn’t work more than a few minutes.
I thing Outdoorsey needs to have a question to specify if the use of a Trailor is at a hook up or non hook up site. This would have given the owners important information.
All in all we had a great time and appreciated Guodong’s efforts to remedy issues. He responded in a timely manner to text messages. The trailer was clean and had minimal but basic supplies. Thanks for the great vacation trailer!
