Vince consistently received praise for being reachable, responsive, and communicating clearly. Guests found him friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. One renter, however, reported mechanical issues that remained unresolved after contact.
Smooth driving for trips
Vehicle functionality was mixed. Some reported flawless operation, while others noted a missing sofa mattress, inoperative leveling jacks, and poor water pressure for dry camping. Electrical issues, including generator not powering AC, no backup camera, radio, or charging, were also reported.
