No towing trailers except for rafts and dirt bikes. Caught towing anything larger forfeits security deposit.
No climbing on roof
Pick up time after 3pm unless other arrangements have been made. Once time is set it's $25 an hour for being late
Drop off time is 1pm unless other arrangements have been made. Late drop off is $25 an hour up to 1 day unless being late causes an issue with next reservation then it's whatever is returned to next renter.
