Pets are allowed. Pet items are provided upon request. Pets must not be left unsupervised in the coach unless they are in a crate. Damage by pets to the camper, pet stains, or excessive pet hair on linens will result in additional fees charged to your security deposit.
Anyone who will be driving must be present at pick-up to complete the walk through and test drive prior to departure. Only drivers verified by Outdoorsy are allowed to drive.
For Delivery Renters: Driving the vehicle with the Stationary Insurance Package will void all insurance.
Trips longer than 10 days will require a higher security deposit and additional insurance.
Upon return, there are three duties the renter is responsible for: 1) cleaning up, 2) dumping tanks, and 3) refilling gasoline. WE DO NOT REQUIRE PROPANE TANK REFILLING.
* Please clean up: make sure dishes are washed and stowed, refrigerator/freezer is cleaned out, counters are wiped clean, floor is swept and trash is removed. Return all items used to their appropriate storage areas (i.e. coffee pot, games, chairs). If you do not wish to complete this chore, we'll do it for you for $75.
* Post-trip dumping of black and gray holding tanks is required by the renter. If you do not wish to complete this chore, we'll conveniently do it for you for $75.
* The gas tank should be returned to the same level as it was received. If you do not wish to refill the gas tank, we will do it for you, at the rate of $8.00 per gallon. For Delivery Renters: you will only need to complete the cleaning. For Renters returning to the SD Airport: you are only required to refuel, or pay $8 per gallon. Things happen sometimes, and you may not be able to get all these duties done in time for return, or maybe you just don't want to complete these chores. That's ok, let us do the work. The duties listed that are not completed will simply be charged to your security deposit after return.
I can be flexible with pick-up and delivery times, however, return times and delivery pick-up are firm. Half day late fees will be charged to renters who not adhere to return times and delivery pick-up times. There is no refund for early return.
Accidents happen. Damages will be charged to your rental deposit. Outdoorsy offers additional daily insurance for your peace of mind to cover minor incidents and save your security deposit! 5.0The motorhome was perfect. It had everything we needed and very easy to drive. The rental price was reasonable and the miles per day was very generous compared to all the other motorhomes we looked at. Destiny was always available for our questions and answered our texts within minutes. We will definitely be renting from her again.
