Paul was a lifesaver! Every year, our family of about 40 gathers for a camping trip in Carpinteria. My niece and her family were driving in from Arizona and had rented a trailer that was delivered to our home for them to pickup. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was in terrible condition and looked nothing like the photos. With a toddler traveling with them, it simply wasn't suitable. Thankfully, they were able to cancel the reservation and receive a refund. The problem was that they were scheduled to leave at 8:00 a.m. the next morning and suddenly had no trailer. I reached out to several people, hoping someone could help on such short notice. Paul was the first to respond. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Paul arranged to meet them the next day, and the trailer was exactly what they needed—clean, well-maintained, and everything worked perfectly. He took the time to walk them through the trailer's features and made sure they were completely comfortable before hitting the road. I truly appreciated Paul's quick response, excellent communication, and willingness to help in a stressful situation.
