For example, urine in a corner can become uncleanable: You can't disassemble a wall to get under it to replace subfloor - these are essentially one-piece units with very little construction serviceability. It's Nothing like a house in that respect.Therefore, no smoking! Even if you smoke outside, it smells and transfers to furniture, bedding, and walls. I know you don't think it does, but it does.And pets: I know this impacts more than half of you out there, but not everyone loves pets and those that don't CAN smell pet odor and notice hair/fur.
