No Smoking or drug use is allowed in the RV, your entire security deposit will be held until the rig is professionally cleaned. Whatever the cleaning specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages or damages.
Clean the coach before you leave it. A messy penalty of $200.00 will be taken out of your security deposit.

Empty the black and gray tanks before returning. If the tanks are not emptied a $100.00 fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
Fill diesel fuel tank before returning. A $600.00 fee will be deducted from your security deposit if not returned full.
