23’ Pull Behind Toy Hauler that sleeps up to 6. Includes Queen Bed in front with private shower, toilet and sink with vanity. Queen loft in back that pulls down on shocks and two sleeper couches. Full Kitchen with 3 burner stove, oven, two drain sink and lots of storage. Has large Freezer and Fridge too. AC works great with 120v plug in power or larger generator. New Propane furnace as of this spring kicks on with Thermostat for cool nights or mornings. Two new batteries and two 20lb propane tanks power all if you need to get off grid. Stereo with CD Player, has Inside and outside speakers. Has wall mounted Flat Screen TV with DVD player. Best part is the light weight of the trailer. 4,000lbs empty and an 8,000 max weight with toys and water tank full, means most full size 1500 trucks or SUV’s can pull it.
We have a new Anti Sway Hitch with ball for 2’’ receiver, to assure it travels well too.
Lots of exterior storage compartments in the front and room in the back for bikes, motorcycle and 4 wheeler. Well taken care of and ready to go. Large 3500 Generator or Smaller (quite) Honda 2000 Generator available for rent as well.
