3.0The camper is great, and the host was very nice. My only complaint is that the camper door locked from the outside and we had to call a locksmith and pay $125 to get back into the camper. We were locked out without our phones or car keys, so it was not fun trying to find someone to help us. It would have been nice to have that cost covered since it wasn't our fault. I told the host, and he said he would be getting the locks changed but did not offer to help cover the extra cost.
