• Before Pickup Valid driver's license required for all approved drivers. Proof of current auto insurance required before pickup. Tow vehicle must be properly equipped and rated to safely tow the RV, including the correct hitch, wiring, and any required brake controller. I reserve the right to refuse the rental if the tow vehicle is unsafe or improperly equipped. Pickup Orientation A mandatory walk-around and orientation will be completed before departure. Renters will receive instructions on hitching, towing, setup, operation of RV systems, and safety procedures. A pre-rental inspection with photos may be completed to document the RV's condition. During the Rental Only approved drivers may tow the RV. Renters are responsible for safe and lawful operation of the RV. Any damage, accident, or mechanical issue must be reported immediately. Return A post-rental inspection will be completed when the RV is returned. The RV must be returned in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. Additional charges may apply for damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or unauthorized late returns. By renting this RV, you acknowledge that you have completed the orientation, understand safe towing practices, and accept responsibility for the RV during the rental period.
